But In Actual Fact:
While Walton claims to have worked closely with community members and Foothills County to develop the Oxbow ASP, the reality is that many residents feel left out of the conversation. Despite their efforts, extensive communication with the community is lacking, and many voices remain unheard. This lack of meaningful engagement undermines the legitimacy of the project's guiding principles and raises concerns about whose interests are truly being represented. If Walton is genuinely committed to building a community-centric development, they must do better to listen to and incorporate the feedback of all impacted stakeholders, not just a select few.
